Riyadh - Mubasher: Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services achieved an annual growth of 2.86% in net profits to SAR 1.75 billion during the first nine months (9M) of 2025, compared to SAR 1.70 billion.
Revenues hiked by 23.95% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 10 billion in 9M-25 from SAR 8.07 billion, according to the financial statements.
Earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 5 during the January-September 2025 period, compared with SAR 4.86 in 9M-24.
Results for Q3-25
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the net profits of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib reached SAR 602.28 million, up 1.13% YoY from SAR 595.54 million.
The revenues rose by 16.35% to SAR 3.46 billion in Q3-25 from SAR 2.97 billion in the corresponding period of 2024.
Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the Q3-25 net profits edged up by 1.90% when compared to SAR 591.02 million in Q2-25, whereas the revenues grew by 2.33% from SAR 3.38 billion.
Dividends for Q3
The medical group’s board approved cash dividends worth SAR 423.50 million, representing 12.10% of the company’s SAR 3.50 billion capital, for Q3-25.
The company will distribute a dividend of SAR 1.21 per share for 350 million eligible shares.
Eligibility and distribution dates are set for 30 October and 17 November 2025, respectively.
